Clinicians MigraDol is a potent dietary supplement which is surprisingly effective at reducing the frequency, severity and duration of headaches.
Note that this product is not an abortive treatment and will not provide immediate pain relief. The supplement works over time to reduce headache occurrence and symptoms. Regular headache treatments can continue as usual; Clinicians MigraDol will not interact with these medications---in fact, it is designed to support them.
A Natural Approach to Headache Management
Anyone who suffers frequent headaches knows how difficult it is to find an effective treatment. What works great for one person may not work at all for another, and many medications which do work can only be used infrequently to prevent tolerance to the drug.
Clinicians MigraDol, like other headache treatments, may not work for everyone. But it does work for a surprising number of those who try it, and in a variety of headache types---tension headaches, migraines with or without aura, even some cluster headaches. After several months of using the supplement, most headache sufferers report:
The supplement works by supplying the body with magnesium and vitamin B2, which work together to promote healthy circulation and cellular activity. Magnesium is an important factor in allowing muscles to enter the relaxation phase; a deficiency in the mineral can cause muscle cramps, tics, tension and stiffness anywhere in the body---including the neck and head. In short, the two ingredients help alleviate headaches in a number of ways:
Clinicians MigraDol will not interfere with painkillers, abortive treatments or other preventive measures; these medications can and should continue to be used if needed.
Dosage & Administration
The standard dose of Clinicians MigraDol is 3 capsules per day. Capsules may be taken all at once or in divided doses, according to personal preference.
Taking with food and a glass of fluid is recommended but not necessary. If gastrointestinal side effects are experienced, try spreading doses out throughout the day and taking each dose with food. If symptoms are still present, dosage should be reduced.
Many headache sufferers notice fewer and less severe headaches within one month of starting the supplement, but it takes around three months for maximum benefits to be realized. Treatment may continue for as long as desired.
Multivitamins, other supplements, and prescription or non-prescription medications can be taken along with Clinicians MigraDol, provided the other products do not contain significant amounts of magnesium or vitamin B2 (sometimes listed as riboflavin).
Each Clinicians MigraDol capsule contains:
Also important is what the product does not contain; Clinicians MigraDol is free of common headache-triggering ingredients, including gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colors and artificial preservatives.
There are no serious adverse effects associate with Clinicians MigraDol, though it may produce two mild side effects:
Unusually yellow urine is due to the supplement's vitamin B2 ingredient, which contains a natural yellow pigment. This side effect is harmless and not cause for concern.
Some individuals experience loose bowels if taking Clinicians MigraDol at higher doses. The dosage at which this side effect occurs, if experienced at all, varies greatly between individuals and cannot be predicted. If loose bowels are experienced, dosage should be reduced until the symptom stops.
The supplement is safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding, but should only be used with doctor supervision to ensure an ideal dosage is taken. Likewise the product should not be used in children without explicit doctor instruction.
