Centrum Rest & Renew combines passiflora and humulus, traditionally used to support a relaxed sleep, as well as magnesium to maintain general health and wellbeing.
DIRECTIONS: Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
WARNING: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Talk to your health professional before use if you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications. Avoid alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Exercise caution when driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery. This product may have a laxative effect. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhoea. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If taking other supplements, read the label since supplements may contain the same ingredients. In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or Poisons Information Centre immediately.
INGREDIENTS: Each Capsule Contains:
Passiflora Incarnata (passion flower) ext. dry conc. 50mg
equiv. dry herb 250mg
Humulus lupulus (hops) ext. dry conc. 50mg
equiv. dry fruit 250mg
Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 155mg
CONTAINS: Colouring and encapsulating aids.
Store below 25 degrees celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
