Clinicians MultiFlora Digest restores and maintains vibrant probiotic colonies in the digestive tract for optimal health, improved digestion, and immune system support.
The supplement contains two species of probiotics, both of which have been intensely studied and are nearly universally recognized to be crucial to human health:
These two probiotics, which in ideal circumstances maintain thriving colonies in the small intestine and bowel, contribute to a wide range of functions, from efficient digestion to immune system development and health. Though sometimes indirectly, healthy colonies of probiotics benefit every system in the body. Regular use of Clinicians MultiFlora Digest ensures probiotic levels remain high for optimal health and a powerful immune system.
Getting the Most from Clinicians MultiFlora Digest
Using Clinicians MultiFlora Digest is both easy and convenient. Each capsule is housed in individual blister packaging for maximum freshness, and the product does not require refrigeration or any other special care.
Dosage depends largely on age:
Capsules are best taken with food and a full glass of fluid. Capsule shells are designed to withstand stomach acids so the probiotics survive to populate the small intestines and bowels.
For young children or other patients who are unable or unwilling to swallow whole pills, capsules may be opened and sprinkled on food or mixed in a beverage. This method of administration should be avoided if possible, however, as many of the bacteria will be destroyed by stomach acids. Likewise reheating any foods or fluids containing probiotics will likely kill them.
A common reason for people to supplement probiotics is use of antibiotics, which kills both friendly and harmful bacteria indiscriminately. Clinicians MultiFlora Digest can be used while antibiotics are being taken, but the two products should be taken at least three hours apart. Ideally Clinicians MultiFlora Digest should be taken when there is the greatest time remaining before the next antibiotic dose, such as at bedtime.
Each capsule of Clinicians MultiFlora Digest contains:
*CFU stands for Colony Forming Units at the time of manufacture.
Also worth noting is what the product does not contain. Clinicians MultiFlora Digest is free of gluten, wheat, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors and artificial preservatives.
Note that the product may contain traces of milk/lactose, but in many cases actually aids lactose digestion. Those with severe lactose intolerance should use with caution until effects are known.
Warnings Before Use
The supplement may not be beneficial in all situations. Check with a doctor before starting treatment with Clinicians MultiFlora Digest if:
If taking antibiotics, take Clinicians MultiFlora Digest at least three hours before or after each dose. Antibiotics will kill off the probiotics.
As previously mentioned, the supplement should not be used in individuals under 3 years of age without doctor supervision.

Medicines have benefits and some have risks. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist or you have side effects see your health professional.
I have a question. I have been on a lot of antibiotics and developed thrush. My husband sent me some Clinicians Multiflora Digest to use. Will this help get rid of the thrush? There are no Chemists where I am currently working on a remote island and getting to see a doctor is a major undertaking, often over a 2 hour wait.
