A syrup of Black Cohosh root to help support hormonal and temperature balance for PMS & Menopause.
DIRECTIONS: Shake vigorously before use.
Dosage premeals: Adult: 5ml, 3 to 4 times daily. Swill dose for 10 seconds before swallowing. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Dietary advice: Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy and caffeine.
Adopt - gluten-free grains, leafy greend, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds.
Herbs: Black Cohosh, Cayenne, Chondrus Crispus, Ginger Root.
Essential Oils: Clove bud, Jojoba, Orange.
Plus: Celtic sea salt, citric acid, ethanol alcohol, organic iodine, u.v. light-treated rainwater, vegetable glycerine.
