Alanase is an over the counter (OTC) drug used for the treatment and prevention of nasal allergies like Hay fever (allergies to pollen or dust).It can be used during the entire Hay fever season to get relief from irritating and restrictive symptoms like sneezing, itchy or runny nose and itchy or watery eyes.
