Medicines have benefits and some have risks. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist or you have side effects see your health professional. Brands and generics both contain the same active ingredient(s) and are medically equivalent. Some brands are marketed under different names by the same manufacturer depending on the country of origin. Images are provided as a reference only, the received medicine may vary in packaging, color, pill shape, etc, from one batch to the next. For an item marked "generic" any quality brand may be sent, however you will always receive the active ingredients ordered in the strength(s) ordered.

GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET is an oral hypoglycemic medication used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a long-term disease that alters the body's processing of glucose. Type 2 diabetes patients either do not generate enough insulin or, if produced, the insulin does not execute its job in the body (insulin resistance).

As a result, a dramatic rise in the blood glucose level occurs, and symptoms such as thirst, frequent urination, and hunger emerge.

Glibenclamide, included in GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET, works by boosting the quantity of insulin secreted by the pancreas. It increases insulin production from the pancrease while lowering blood sugar levels. GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET works best with healthy lifestyle adjustments such as regular exercise, weight loss, and a nutritious diet.

GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET includes Glibenclamide, a sulfonylurea that lowers high blood glucose levels by increasing insulin release from pancreatic beta cells (insulin-secreting organs). In a word, it keeps the blood sugar levels from increasing to dangerously high levels, allowing patients to manage their diabetes under control.

Glybovin 1.25MG, 2.5MG, and 5MG Tablet

The dosage and duration of this medicine should be followed according to the doctor's advice. Take it all whole.

It should not be crushed, fractured, or chewed. To avoid an upset stomach, use Glybovin 5 Tablet alongside meals. For the greatest effects, GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET should be taken at the same time each day.

Warning and Precaution

Patients should not stop taking GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET before seeing their doctor, even if they feel better than before. Sugar levels fluctuate. If they stop taking GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET suddenly, their glucose levels may rise, increasing the risk of kidney damage (nephropathy), vision loss (retinopathy), and nerve damage (neuropathy).

If the patient has severe kidney or liver illness or has been in a diabetic coma, they should not use GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET.

Also, the doctor should be notified if they are pregnant or intending to become pregnant, have a blood disorder called G6PD-deficiency anemia, or are breastfeeding. If GLYBOVIN 5MG TABLET is not taken regularly, mental alertness may be affected owing to low or high blood glucose, which may impair users' ability to operate machinery or drive.
