Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being received (see specifics above). All orders over US$100 are shipped for free. You will receive a confirmation automatically by e-mail when your order has been shipped and your payment processed. If we are out of stock we will e-mail you with an approximate delivery time or offer you an alternative product, unless a backorder notice was already published on the website.
Orders are shipped by International Air Mail POST. Delivery to the USA and the Pacific Rim is generally within 10 - 12 working days and 15 - 21 working days to the rest of the world from the date of dispatch. Some orders may be dispatched by Royal Mail or another postal carrier. Some specialty items will take up to 30 days for delivery, due to extra processing required by law.
Unfortunately we have no control over mail service problems and delays. Please remember that there are several factors that can elongate delivery times slightly such as statutory vacations, postal service suspensions, elections and industrial action on the part of the mail service.
If after 30 days from shipment date your order does not arrive or show a recent tracking update, we will issue a free reshipment. If after 15 days your tracking number (where one has been issued) shows no updates, we will reship it. In the event of a double-delivery (original and reshipment order both arrive) we will rebill you for the extra product. You will be able to return duplicate shipments for a credit when requested, less a 10% stocking fee unless an exception is granted by Kiwi.
We do however have an excellent success rate for getting your goods through on time. The packages you will be sent are small and discrete. All invoices are sent via e-mail as confirmation of order, but can also be printed from the Account area of the website.

However if your order becomes lost or does not deliver within a reasonable amount of time, for any reason, then we do offer a limited guarantee.
