Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 25mcg, Zinc Gluconate 117mg (equiv zinc 15mg), Selenomethionine 375mcg (equiv Selenium 150mcg), Saw Palmetto (serenoa repens) fruit 3.2g (3200mg) equiv fatty acids 288mg, Pygeum (Prunus africana) stem bark 500mg, Nettle (Urtica dioica) root 300mg, Lycopene 5mg.

A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
