Mintec capsules help provide relief of symptoms of medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome. Symptoms such as Abdominal pain, Bloating, Cramping and Wind. The capsules have a special enteric coating that delays the release of the peppermint oil until it reaches the lower small bowel and colon.
DIRECTIONS: Adult Dosage - The usual dose is one Mintec capsule three times a day, before meals. If there are times when your symptoms are particularly severe, the dose may be increased to two capsules, three times a day. Swallow the capsules whole with water, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal.
PRECAUTIONS: If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Not recommended for children or for use in pregnancy unless on the advice of a doctor.
