Active Ingredients in 5g (1 heaped teaspoon);  Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)  7.14mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)  750mg, Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate)  1000mg, Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate)  250mg, Citrus bioflavanoid complex  100mg, Hesperidin  80mg, Quercetin  25mg, Rutin  75mg.

Also contains: maltodextrin (2.34g/5g), natural flavouring, stevia and xanthan gum. Calcium contenet (from calcium ascorbate) 210mg.  Sodium content (from sodium ascorbate) 32mg.

Recommended Dosage: Adults and children over 10 years; Take 1/2 to 1 heaped teaspoonful daily or as directed.  Mix with fruit juice, water or fluid.

Caution:  Vitamin C is generally well tolerated, however people with gastric sensitivities are advised to take Family C with food and lower the dose if bowel discomfort occurs.  High dosing may cause bowel looseness.

Calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid are three forms of Vitamin C that work with bioflavonoids to support a healthy immune system and support the circulation.
