Active ingredients in each capsule;  Vitamin C from: Calcium Ascorbate  200mg, Sodium Ascorbate  50mg, Ascorbic Acid  150mg  Flavinoids:  Bioflavonoids complex  20mg, Hesperidin  10mg, Quercetin  5mg, Rutin  15mg.

Recommended Dose:  Adults and Children over 10 years; Take 1 to 2 capsules daily.  Under 10 years; Take 1 capsule daily.

Caution:  Vitamin C is generally well tolerated, however people with gastric sensitivities are advised to take Family C with food and lower the dose if bowel discomfort occurs.

Calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid are three forms of Vitamin C that work with bioflavonoids to support a healthy immune system and support the circulation.

-  The human body cannot produce Vitamin C.  The scientific community considers this to be a genetic fault as almost all other mammals produce their own Vitamin C.

-  Vitamin C  helps the body promote a vigorous immune response to infection.
