Arnica Plus helps the body to recover from bruising and injury through trauma or after surgery. It helps promote healing with the bodies natural defence mechanisms. It can also be used after strenuous exercise or exertion to help with muscle recovery and fatigue.
DIRECTIONS: Rub gently into the affected area 3 or 4 times a day or as directed.
