Suggested Dose

Tuna Oil - Fish Oil supplementation during pregnancy may result in long term improvement in numerous aspects of health in offspring. DHA deficiency is very common and it is critical that pregnant women get adequate Fish Oils so that their baby can develop healthy and optimal brain tissue. B Complex Vitamins - critical for energy, mental clarity and to prevent depression. B vitamins have also been found to improve pregnancy related complications.
Biotin - the daily requirement for Biotin increases during pregnancy.
Folic Acid - the body's requirement for Folic Acid doubles during pregnancy. Supplementation can help prevent neural tube defects.
Vitamin E - may alleviate mastalgia (painful or swollen Breasts). Vitamin E provides antioxidant benefits and in addition may help to prevent miscarriages during pregnancy.
Vitamin D - one of the most important roles of Vitamin D in the human body is to boost the absorption of Calcium into bone.
Beta-carotene – is a powerful antioxidant and essential for eye health.
Calcium - is often "leached" from women’s bones during pregnancy. Calcium alleviates muscle cramps that can often occur during pregnancy. 
Iron - is an important nutrient for women during pregnancy as it helps to prevent Iron deficiency anaemia in pregnant women. Also, pregnant women who don't get enough Iron are at risk for anaemia, fatigue, poor memory and decreased immune function.
