Horseradish - works as a decongestant, helping to clear the respiratory passages. Horseradish temporarily alleviates bronchial and nasal catarrh and helps to eliminate excessive mucous.
Garlic - often referred to as a herbal antibiotic. Garlic helps to make a cough more productive and improve the expectoration of mucous by loosening it.
